Recently, the unmanned surface vessel “Zhikun” surveyed by CCS and constructed by Taizhou Maple Leaf Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was successfully completed. With a length of 19.90 meters, the Zhikun is the largest USV currently built according to the “Guidelines for Surveys of Unmanned Surface Vehicle” of CCS.

The USV, 5.5m wide, 2.4m deep and with a draft of 0.9m, a design speed of 15 knots, is a catamaran boat with 360° full-rotation propeller and dual-generator DC network electric propulsion, DC electric propulsion+rudder propeller/battery+rudder propeller to achieve remote control, autonomous berthing, and autonomous navigation.

The USV is composed of 7 subsystems, including hull system, power system, perception system, navigation and positioning system, route control/obstacle avoidance system, communication system, and shore-based control system, with a domestic and international leading  intelligence level.
